With a toy to suit every charter guest, a superyacht offers the perfect platform for charterers to explore the world beneath the waves. From seabobs to submarines and snorkeling to scuba, there is a wealth of adventure to be had all from the decks of your luxury yacht.

Charter yachts often carry an array of snorkels, masks and fins in a variety of shapes and sizes which at one time was typically all that was carried in the way of water toys. Modern charter yachts however now have an on board "toy box" which is brimmed with endless water sport opportunities.

With some of the world’s most glorious charter destinations offering excellent snorkeling and scuba diving spots, guests can discover the abundance of tropical fish and vibrant coral reefs to their hearts content, in beautiful destination like the Cayman Islands in the Caribbean or Sharm El Sheikh in Egypt.

For those with experience and the relevant certificates, many charter yachts carry a complement of scuba diving equipment for the ultimate underwater experience. For guests who do not hold the appropriate licenses and certificates, rendezvous diving can sometimes be arranged at an additional charter cost.

Rendezvous diving is provided by a local operator who can be contacted via your Captain. The operator will bring the relevant equipment required and take you to a dive site with their knowledge of all the best places. For certified divers looking to dive from the swim platform of their luxury yacht it is essential to book a charter yacht with a crew who are trained to a minimum level of a PADI Dive Master, though this is rare as only a small handful of charter yacht crew are certified.

One of the most exciting water toys now found on many charter yachts is the Seabob. This exhilarating yet effortless water toy can tow a swimmer like a sled either above or below the water without guests having to wear fins.

Lastly, there is the latest range of mini-submarines which are the latest craze to hit to the yacht charter toy box. These fully equipped submarines are designed to carry the yacht Captain and a handful of guests on an unforgettable underwater venture.
