Palm Beach International Boat Show

Launched in 1985, PBIBS is now an annual mainstay of the global yachting community, showcasing close to $1.2 billion worth of yachts and marine accessories each year.

Usually held in March, the four-day event runs during an ideal time of the year weather-wise and is the last major show of the international boat show season. Thousands of visitors attend each year, flocking to Flagler Drive in downtown West Palm Beach, Florida, to take in the magnificent exhibits.

What to expect at Palm Beach

There is always a spectacular fleet of superyachts for sale and charter in attendance, while hundreds of other vessels, ranging from 8ft inflatables, powerboats and bowriders to fishing boats also on show.

Acquired by new owners Informa Exhibitions in 2017, the London-based company introduced a number of changes to the Palm Beach event such as new signage, brand new slips plus a new ‘VIP Experience’.

VIP pass holders benefit from having access to an exclusive lounge and a dedicated concierge team, in addition to other highlights including fishing seminars, water sports demonstrations plus floating cocktail lounges with live entertainment and refreshments.

Superyacht Show Palm Beach

A side attraction that showcases the epitome of superyachts, the Superyacht Show is home to the biggest and most spectacular superyachts attending Palm Beach.

Hosted at Safe Harbor Rybovich, superyachts with an LOA up to 100 metres will be on display here and admission is included with general tickets to the Palm Beach International Boat Show.
